Role Overview

As an Ambulatory Tech 1, you'll be at the heart of our clinical operations, supporting physicians and nursing staff while ensuring patients receive excellent care from arrival to discharge. You'll contribute directly to patient satisfaction and care quality through efficient clinical support and professional patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, including recording vital signs and preliminary health information
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment
• Assist clinicians with patient care procedures and examinations
• Document patient information and clinical observations accurately in the electronic health record
• Support patient communication and answer routine questions with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; clinical certification such as CNA or Medical Assistant preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients and staff
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
• Physical ability to be on your feet, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist patients as needed
• Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Willingness to learn and grow within a healthcare environment
