Assistant Meat Manager

Role Overview

As Assistant Meat Manager at Farm Boy Inc., you'll support the daily operations of our meat department. Working alongside our management team, you'll gain hands-on experience in product handling, team coordination, inventory management, and customer service. You'll help ensure our meat department runs smoothly while maintaining the high quality standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Support meat department operations and contribute to team leadership
• Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and product ordering
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health standards
• Prepare and present meat products to company specifications
• Guide and support team members in their daily tasks
• Monitor product freshness and quality standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs
• Support promotional initiatives and sales objectives
