J & A is seeking a Part-Time Apartment Property Management Site Manager to oversee operations in Bridgeport, Jackson County. This position offers the opportunity to lead on-site management while ensuring comprehensive compliance with federal housing regulations and company operational standards.

The Opportunity

As an Apartment Property Management Site Manager, you'll take ownership of managing all aspects of our apartment community's daily operations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, requiring someone who understands both the regulatory landscape of affordable housing and the operational details that keep a community functioning effectively. You'll drive fiscal responsibility, maintain physical standards, and cultivate a positive, compliant living environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily property operations and on-site activities
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, Housing Credit program requirements, USDA Rural Development guidelines, Fair Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• Maintain fiscal integrity and physical property standards
• Execute company policies and procedures across all operational areas
• Coordinate with federal and state regulatory agencies to maintain required certifications
• Foster a safe, accessible, and compliant residential community

Who We're Looking For

• Extensive experience managing apartment properties and operations
• Strong knowledge of HUD, Tax Credit, USDA Rural Development, Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA requirements
• Proven expertise in federal housing regulation compliance
