Caesars Southern Indiana is seeking a Poker Dealer to join our gaming team in Elizabeth, Union County. In this part-time position, you'll deliver engaging customer experiences while upholding the integrity and security standards that define our gaming operations.

About the Role

As a Poker Dealer at Caesars Southern Indiana, you play a vital role in our casino operations. You'll manage the complete execution of licensed poker games with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. From the opening deal through game conclusion, you ensure every hand meets our rigorous standards for fairness and security. Your role directly impacts guest satisfaction and the reputation of our Elizabeth, Union County gaming facility.

What You'll Do

• Execute accurate card dealing procedures for licensed poker games, including proper shuffling and card distribution
• Retrieve cards at the conclusion of each hand and maintain accurate card counts
• Monitor games for irregularities and enforce strict game protection protocols
• Maintain active game control, ensuring all house rules and gaming regulations are followed
• Properly secure and store game components, including managing racks and protective lids
• Engage guests professionally and courteously to create a positive gaming environment
• Communicate effectively with pit supervisors and gaming staff regarding game status
