Senior Renewals Specialist – West Coast

Important Location Note: Candidates must reside within the Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zones to be considered for this role, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Pacific Time Zone (West Coast).

The Role: Not Your Average Renewals Desk

We are looking for a rounded Renewals Professional,  with a background in B2B Account and Renewal Management. You will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a global portfolio. This requires a unique blend of “soft skills” to navigate partner relationships and a commanding presence to drive internal alignment across Sales, Customer Success and Operations. You’ll be the person who ensures our recurring revenue is bulletproof while navigating a high-velocity environment where change is the only constant.
