About the Role
As a Multi-Site EHS Manager II at Amazon, you will lead Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) efforts across several sites in the Monroe, Ouachita Parish area. This on-site position offers the chance to make a direct, measurable difference in the wellbeing of associates and to shape a culture where safety is treated as a benchmark for every industry in which Amazon operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across multiple Amazon locations.
- Champion a proactive safety culture and partner with site leadership to embed best practices.
- Monitor compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Track safety performance and use data to guide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach and develop teams to take ownership of day-to-day safety outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing EHS or Workplace Health & Safety programs, ideally across more than one site.
- Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional safety efforts.
- Willingness to work on-site in Monroe, Ouachita Parish in a full-time capacity.
