Analyst II, Full Stack (Revenue Analytics)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking an Analyst II, Full Stack (Revenue Analytics) to join their data and analytics function in Spain. This is a remote role supporting revenue operations through scalable data infrastructure, semantic modeling, and business intelligence.

As a member of the Revenue Analytics team, you will own the full lifecycle of data products—from dbt models and metrics definitions to dashboards, automation, and governance frameworks. You'll work at the intersection of analytics engineering and AI enablement, building the semantic and metadata foundations that allow intelligent systems to accurately interpret business data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dbt data models, dashboards, metrics, and automation workflows for revenue field teams and analytics stakeholders
• Build critical reporting data models that support external merchant and partner reporting needs
• Design and implement semantic layers, metadata structures, and contextual frameworks that enable AI systems to understand revenue metrics and business definitions
• Collaborate with business systems, engineering, and commercial stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into tested, production-ready data products
• Contribute to analytics engineering best practices including version control (GitHub), code review, documentation standards, and release processes
• Establish governance, processes, and scalable foundations to expand the impact of analytics across the revenue organization

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a related data role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Python, data modeling methodologies, and data visualization techniques
• Hands-on experience with modern BI platforms (Sigma, Looker, or Tableau), Databricks, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
• Understanding of semantic layers, metadata management, metric definitions, documentation practices, and data quality frameworks required for reliable AI applications
• Proven ability to integrate AI tooling into analytics engineering workflows to improve development velocity, code quality, and scalability
• Familiarity with Salesforce and prior experience supporting commercial or go-to-market functions
• Ability to identify end-user needs and translate them into robust, scalable, and maintainable data solutions
• Skill in deconstructing ambiguous problems into concrete deliverables and working iteratively toward impactful outcomes
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
