Affiliate Business Development Manager, CIS

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cryptocurrency exchange seeking an Affiliate Business Development Manager to expand partnerships across the CIS region. This is a strategic role focused on growing the affiliate network and driving user acquisition through influencer and institutional relationships.

Our client is a major player in the digital assets space, and this role will be instrumental in scaling their presence across Ukraine and the broader CIS market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners including KOLs, influencers, trading educators, and content creators across the CIS region
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with affiliate partners aligned with business growth objectives
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify scaling opportunities and optimize partnership structures
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain competitive positioning
• Collaborate with product teams to refine offerings and attract high-quality users through affiliate channels
• Exceed revenue and partnership acquisition targets on a consistent basis

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Fluent English and Ukrainian language skills
• Proven track record in affiliate marketing or business development within the cryptocurrency industry
• Experience working specifically in CIS markets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding business targets
• Deep understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulatory environment

Preferred:

• Experience collaborating with cross-cultural or cross-timezone teams
• Previous experience at a cryptocurrency exchange or trading platform
• Genuine passion for blockchain technology and digital payments
