Account Executive Pro (Bilingual – English & Italian)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking an Account Executive to drive growth primarily across the Italian market, with additional opportunities in other international territories.

In this role, you will:

• Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract signature, consistently meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Convert inbound leads efficiently while maintaining relationship quality that builds long-term customer advocacy
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the sales process to maximize deal value
• Maintain accurate CRM data and strong pipeline hygiene to enable reliable forecasting
• Exercise sound judgment on when to escalate complex deals involving pricing exceptions, legal review, or deal desk support
• Contribute to team success by sharing market insights and helping refine sales tools and processes
• Deliver value to clients by understanding their challenges and presenting tailored solutions

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• 2+ years of proven sales experience; prior BDR/SDR experience is a plus
• Native-level Italian and excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated understanding of sales processes and methodologies across both complex and fast-cycle environments
• Skill in articulating use cases, pitching solutions, and employing industry-appropriate vocabulary to drive adoption
• Results-driven approach with proven ability to close deals by creating urgency, communicating impact, and reinforcing value
• Agility to adapt based on feedback and collaborate on building new systems and processes
• Genuine curiosity about people and their goals
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with eagerness to tackle challenges in a dynamic, evolving environment
