Account Executive Enterprise – French speaker

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for an experienced Account Executive to drive enterprise sales in the French market. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to manage complex sales cycles, engage C-level stakeholders, and directly influence market growth in a rapidly scaling technology company.

Our client serves hundreds of thousands of businesses globally with customer engagement and marketing automation solutions. As they continue their expansion, they need a skilled sales professional who can navigate sophisticated B2B sales processes while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles targeting French-speaking markets, from initial prospect meetings through contract signature
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level prospects, articulating unique value propositions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
• Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations with strategic accounts
• Maintain and optimize your sales pipeline using established methodologies (such as SPICED) and CRM tools
• Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, SDR, BDR, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events
• Contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and best practice development

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience; marketing technology or CRM background highly valued
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies in both complex enterprise environments and faster sales cycles
• Ability to translate business challenges into compelling pitches and strategic business plans
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English
• Agile mindset with ability to adapt to feedback and build new systems alongside colleagues
• Authentic curiosity about customers, their goals, and their business challenges
• Demonstrated ability to engage successfully with executive-level decision makers
