Solution Architect / Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

Our client, a fast-growing global ticketing technology company, is seeking a Solution Architect to join their Paris team. In this role, you will:

• Design and implement custom integrations including API connections, SSO authentication systems, and ERP integrations using powerful platform tools
• Guide enterprise clients through the transformation of their existing online stores toward modern, API-driven architectures
• Collaborate with client technical stakeholders—CTOs, IT teams, external web agencies—to understand requirements and define clear, actionable implementation plans
• Ensure client expectations align with platform capabilities while serving as the primary technical liaison for complex operational issues
• Leverage scripting, AI, and prototyping to rapidly test solutions, then transform proven approaches into reusable integration guides and templates
• Immerse yourself in diverse industry verticals to solve technical challenges from initial design through solution deployment
• Serve as technical expert alongside sales teams, advising on solution architecture, integration feasibility, timelines, and resource requirements
• Remain engaged throughout implementation to ensure delivered solutions match client commitments and proactively identify technical constraints

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Engineer, or similar technical role
• Development background or strong technical expertise with demonstrated evolution toward client relations, business challenges, and solution design
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, webhooks, data modeling, and interactions between modern software ecosystem components
• Ability to quickly read and understand API documentation, write functional scripts for solution testing, and analyze or debug AI-generated code
• Comfort engaging with demanding clients while managing multiple priorities and confidently framing expectations
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical/scientific field
• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level) required for professional communication with francophone clients and partners
