About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking a Senior Product Manager in Paris, France. Our client operates at significant scale, serving hundreds of thousands of organizations globally with customer engagement and marketing automation technology.

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional pod through full product cycles—from problem discovery through shipping and measurement. You'll act as the single point of accountability for your pod, blending product management, design thinking, and technical collaboration. This position welcomes candidates from PM, Product Design, or Engineering backgrounds who can operate end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Gather customer signals and usage data to define problems clearly, then shape product pitches including appetite, solution approach, risks, and constraints
  • Serve as the pod's design authority: frame user experiences, make interaction and interface decisions, and create prototypes aligned with the organization's design system
  • Run build cycles using lightweight written status updates rather than recurring meetings, adjusting scope to meet timelines
  • Define 1-2 measurable outcomes before each build begins and deliver clear post-launch verdicts on continuation, adjustment, or discontinuation
  • Own product launches end-to-end: manage beta programs, enable marketing teams for go-to-market, and prepare sales, customer success, and support teams ahead of release
  • Act as the pod's liaison to the wider business unit, surfacing risks early and coordinating with peer pod leaders
  • Integrate AI tools across discovery, prototyping, and analysis workflows

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant background as a Product Manager, Product Designer, or Lead Engineer
  • Ability to own experiences end-to-end: from framing user problems to making interface decisions and producing or validating prototypes
  • Proficiency with Figma and design system principles required
  • Go-getter mentality: you take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and drive completion without needing constant direction
  • Experience writing and defending complete product pitches including problem definition, appetite, solution sketches, risks, and success metrics
  • Track record shipping products using lightweight, asynchronous methods (such as hill charts) rather than traditional Scrum ceremonies
  • Comfortable pulling and interpreting usage data (tools like Amplitude) and running discovery interviews to translate signals into problem statements
  • Technical credibility: able to read AI-generated code and partner effectively with engineering on trade-offs; integrate AI tools into daily work with appropriate validation
  • Fluency in both English and French required
