Account Executive

Xplor is hiring an Account Executive to join its remote team serving the Wichita Falls, TX, US market. This full-time role focuses on driving merchant sales and technology solutions for businesses seeking integrated payment and software platforms.

What This Role Involves

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll build and manage client relationships within the merchant services and software technology space. Your work centers on identifying growth opportunities, presenting solution-driven approaches, and closing deals that help businesses streamline their operations. You'll combine consultative selling with technical knowledge to position Xplor's platform as a strategic partner for your clients' success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within your territory, building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets and forecasts
• Document all interactions and opportunities in your CRM and provide regular activity reporting

What You Bring

• Proven track record in enterprise or mid-market sales, ideally in merchant services, payments, or technology
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with the capacity to influence across organizational levels
• Self-directed approach to time management and territory ownership in a remote environment
• Ability to learn technical concepts and translate platform capabilities into measurable business value
• Experience with sales analytics, CRM tools, and data-driven decision making
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales background
