Account Executive 🇫🇷 (Small Businesses)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health insurance organization seeking an Account Executive to join their Small Businesses team. This role focuses on serving companies with 10-30 employees across technology, consulting, and business services sectors. You'll work in a fast-paced sales environment with strong conversion rates and the opportunity to impact hundreds of growing French companies.

This position is available across multiple French cities: Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Biarritz, Nantes, and Annecy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through deal closure
• Drive strategic relationships and manage key customer accounts
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that educate and inspire stakeholders
• Guide prospects through the evaluation process with tailored, high-touch strategies
• Develop and execute prospecting initiatives to build a strong pipeline
• Leverage precise messaging and materials to create seamless customer journeys
• Contribute to sales methodology improvements and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product evolution

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing full sales cycles, including prospecting and closing
• Native-level French proficiency (C2) and advanced English skills
• Proven track record in prospection as a core sales function
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow-up capabilities
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Demonstrated ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
• Strong empathy and passion for solving customer problems
• Collaborative mindset with excellent team skills
• Eagerness to learn quickly and drive immediate impact
• Currently based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz
