1037| Senior MLOps specialist (3 Month Project)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential medical-imaging organization on a 3-month full-time engagement for a Senior MLOps Specialist based in Ukraine. You will build and operate a scalable, traceable, FDA-ready data platform bridging on-premises DGX infrastructure and AWS for a 2026 regulatory submission.

• Implement ingestion and quality-control automation starting with CT DICOM datasets, expanding to video, C-Arm, and radiology reports
• Implement and operate distributed processing on AWS Batch (Spot instances) for large-scale QC, predictions, and derivative generation
• Deploy ClearML for dataset versioning, lineage, and experiment tracking including runs, metrics, artifacts, and provenance
• Optimize training data access using Lance or equivalent columnar formats for fast loading and incremental updates
• Build a PostgreSQL-backed enrichment service for metadata, labels, and predictions independent of raw media; optionally integrate OpenSearch for text and vector search
• Integrate and operate labeling workflows (Encord preferred; alternatives acceptable) including RBAC, QC, audit trail, and algorithmic label ingestion
• Establish a governed clinical validation environment meeting 21 CFR Part 11 expectations—access control, audit trail, WORM storage, provenance—and HIPAA/PHI handling requirements
