Senior Director Infrastructure, Operations & App Support

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Director, Infrastructure, Operations & App Support based in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role overseeing critical technology infrastructure, operations management, and application support services that enable the organization's mission in life sciences innovation.

The Opportunity

As Senior Director of Infrastructure, Operations & App Support, you will lead a strategic function responsible for maintaining and advancing the technology systems, operational processes, and user support services that power Regeneron's enterprise. This role combines technical leadership with operational excellence, requiring someone who can drive efficiency, ensure system reliability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across infrastructure and support teams. You'll partner with senior leadership across the organization to align technology infrastructure with business objectives, ensuring scalability and resilience as the company grows.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure, operations, and application support teams, setting strategic direction and fostering professional development
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-scale technology infrastructure serving the organization's daily operations
• Manage application support operations, ensuring responsive, high-quality service delivery and user satisfaction
• Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance system reliability, security, and performance
• Control budgets, allocate resources effectively, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
• Establish governance frameworks, service-level agreements, and key performance indicators to measure operational success
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure supports business continuity and disaster recovery requirements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, operations, systems administration, or related technical fields
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role managing technical teams and operations
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise infrastructure, network management, data center operations, or cloud platforms
• Proven track record managing operational budgets and optimizing cost-to-value across technology spending
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and security best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with technical staff and senior leadership
• Experience implementing operational systems and monitoring tools to drive visibility and accountability
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance immediate operational needs and long-term technology roadmaps
