The Opportunity
We're seeking a Lab Integration Engineer-Specialist to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test protocols for integrated systems and subsystems
- Conduct laboratory testing, analysis, and validation to ensure system performance meets technical specifications and industry standards
- Lead system integration activities, coordinating between hardware, software, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Document test results, findings, and technical reports with clear, actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot integration issues and develop practical solutions to complex technical challenges
- Maintain, calibrate, and improve laboratory equipment, tools, and documentation systems
- Ensure all testing and integration work complies with relevant quality protocols and regulatory requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory testing, system integration, or technical validation environments
- Strong proficiency with test automation tools, data acquisition systems, and laboratory instrumentation
- Solid working knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate technical findings with clarity
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in transportation or related sectors
