First Due is hiring an Implementation Consultant for Scheduling to support fire and EMS agencies across the United States in deploying software that improves emergency response operations. This full-time position, based in the US, lets you directly impact how first responders work by leading the successful implementation and adoption of our scheduling platform.
About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant specializing in Scheduling, you'll guide fire and EMS agencies through the deployment of our scheduling software, helping them optimize their operational capabilities and response effectiveness. You'll manage the complete implementation lifecycle—from initial setup through full system adoption—working directly with stakeholders to configure solutions that fit their unique operational needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead implementation projects for scheduling software across fire and EMS organizations
- Configure and customize scheduling solutions to meet client operational requirements
- Conduct training sessions for client staff on scheduling features and best practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support during deployment
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine implementations
- Develop implementation documentation and standard procedures for new clients
- Track project milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Experience implementing or managing software deployment projects
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly

- Experience working with emergency services or public safety organizations (preferred)
