What You'll Do

- Oversee and delegate tasks to student assistants and casual staff, providing clear direction and support
- Respond professionally to inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and external contacts
- Maintain office databases, filing systems, and administrative documentation

What We're Looking For
- Proven administrative experience, ideally at the aide level or higher
