About the Role
We're looking for an experienced attorney ready to take on complex Delaware corporate governance and business litigation matters. You'll work directly with sophisticated corporate clients on cases that shape how businesses operate, manage disputes, and navigate corporate law challenges specific to Delaware jurisdiction. This position offers the resources, mentorship, and client caliber you need to develop your litigation practice at a nationally recognized law firm.
What You'll Do
- Handle Delaware corporate governance disputes and complex business litigation matters
- Represent corporate clients through all phases of litigation, from pleading through trial
- Conduct legal research, prepare motions and briefs, and develop litigation strategy
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to client strategy and case development
- Manage client relationships and communicate case developments and legal analysis
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar admission (preferably Delaware or another state)
- Strong writing skills and litigation experience, whether from prior firm roles or litigation-focused practice
- Solid grasp of corporate law principles and Delaware law preferred
- Professional judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to client service and interest in complex, high-stakes corporate matters
Compensation and Details
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Wilmington, New Hanover County. Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $305,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
