You'll work alongside senior attorneys on sophisticated matters serving clients who demand the highest level of expertise and attention. The compensation range for this role is $260,000 to $435,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and contribution level.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients navigating antitrust regulatory proceedings and compliance obligations
- Analyze antitrust implications for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
- Research and develop legal positions on complex competition and antitrust issues
- Draft memoranda, regulatory filings, and materials for client and litigation use
- Work collaboratively with partners and clients to structure antitrust compliance strategies
Skills & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas or ability to obtain admission
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
- Interest in antitrust law and competition matters
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters with precision and care
