Demand Generation Manager

Archer is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our US-based team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive marketing campaigns for a rapidly growing governance and compliance platform serving enterprises navigating one of the most significant regulatory shifts in modern business.

About the Role

As Demand Generation Manager at Archer, you'll lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to build awareness and accelerate pipeline growth. You'll work at the intersection of brand marketing and sales enablement, driving qualified lead generation and demonstrating measurable business impact in a market energized by major regulatory mandates like the EU AI Act and SEC cybersecurity disclosure requirements.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise buyers
• Build and optimize lead nurture sequences and follow-up workflows
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to define buyer personas and refine messaging
• Plan and manage marketing events, webinars, and content initiatives
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and pipeline contribution
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI
• Test new channels, tactics, and creative approaches to expand reach and engagement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in demand generation or similar B2B marketing roles
• Demonstrated success building and executing campaigns that drove measurable business results
