MileHigh Adjusters Houston is hiring an Independent Insurance Claims Adjuster for our Saint Michael, Minnesota office, serving Wright County and surrounding communities. This is a full-time position open to both licensed adjusters and career-entry applicants ready to launch into the insurance adjusting profession.

About the Role

As an Independent Insurance Claims Adjuster with MileHigh Adjusters Houston, you'll respond to property damage claims, investigate loss circumstances, assess structural and personal property damage, and determine coverage eligibility. In the Saint Michael area, where severe weather and storms create steady demand for claims professionals, you'll work directly with property owners, insurers, and other stakeholders to document losses and file comprehensive reports.

What You'll Do

• Inspect damaged properties and conduct detailed loss investigations
• Photograph and document damage for insurance claim files
• Interview policyholders and witnesses to establish claim facts
• Evaluate coverage terms and policy limits for claim applicability
• Prepare clear, accurate written estimates and claim reports
• Negotiate settlements and manage the claims resolution process
• Maintain organized case files and meet filing deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Valid Minnesota Insurance Adjuster's license (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
