As an Independent Insurance Claims Adjuster in El Dorado, you'll investigate insurance claims, assess property damage, and determine coverage and settlement amounts for residential and commercial policies. This full-time position is open to both licensed adjusters and career-entry applicants—no prior insurance adjusting experience is required. Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate insurance claims filed by policyholders in the El Dorado area
• Inspect and document property damage, loss, or injury at claim sites
• Interview claimants, witnesses, and other parties to gather information
• Review medical records, police reports, and other claim documentation
• Calculate claim settlements based on policy terms and applicable state laws
• Prepare detailed written reports and recommendations for claim decisions
• Communicate findings and settlements to insurers, claimants, and legal representatives
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state regulations and company standards

What You Bring

• Valid Kansas insurance adjuster license (or willingness to obtain one; we support career-entry candidates)
• Strong investigative and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Professional judgment and integrity when handling sensitive claim matters
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims efficiently
