MileHigh Adjusters Houston is seeking Independent Insurance Claims Adjusters to join our Saratoga, California team serving Santa Clara County. This full-time position welcomes both licensed adjusters and career-entry applicants—no prior insurance adjusting experience required.

What You'll Do
- Investigate and evaluate insurance claims, including property damage, liability, and coverage disputes
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to determine the cause and extent of loss
- Review supporting documentation such as medical records, repair estimates, and police reports
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and damage valuations
- Communicate directly with claimants, repair vendors, and insurance carriers
- Negotiate and recommend fair claim settlements within policy guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets regulatory compliance standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Active property and casualty adjuster license, or eligibility to obtain one in California
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple simultaneous claims
- Proficiency with computer applications and claims management software
- Valid California driver's license and dependable transportation for frequent site visits
- Professional judgment and ethical approach to claim evaluation
