Key Responsibilities
- Counsel financial institutions, lenders, investors, and borrowers across sophisticated commercial real estate finance deals.

- Conduct due diligence and review title, survey, and closing documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to move transactions efficiently from term sheet through closing.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Ohio, or eligibility to become licensed.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate finance, commercial lending, or related transactional work.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities, with sharp attention to detail.
- Capacity to manage multiple matters and collaborate effectively in a hybrid Cleveland-based setting.
