Role Overview

As a Construction Laborer at Scotty's Contracting and Stone, you'll be a vital part of our operations, supporting skilled trades and keeping job sites organized and productive. This full-time position offers hands-on experience across various construction phases while building your expertise in the trades.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain job sites, including material staging and site cleanup
• Assist skilled tradespeople with installation, assembly, and construction tasks
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a secure work environment
• Support project schedules by completing assigned work promptly
• Help with demolition, excavation, and site preparation as needed
