SAP SuccessFactors Consultant LM/GM/PM

Jobgether is hiring a full-time SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Learning Management, Global Management, and People Management modules to join our team remotely from anywhere in Canada. This position places you at the centre of enterprise-scale HR technology implementations and organizational transformation.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to understand organizational goals, pain points, and strategic priorities
• Design and configure SuccessFactors modules (Learning Management, Global Management, and People Management) aligned with business requirements
• Conduct comprehensive system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and refine solutions based on user feedback
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems and ensure data consistency
• Identify optimization opportunities and recommend enhancements to maximize platform value and user adoption
• Document solutions, configurations, and best practices to support long-term platform sustainability
• Support end-user training initiatives and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new features and processes

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors (particularly Learning Management, Global Management, and People Management modules)
• Deep understanding of human capital management processes, organizational structures, and HR technology ecosystems
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to balance technical precision with business acumen and user-centric thinking
• Experience working effectively in matrix organizations with cross-functional and external partner teams
• Problem-solving mindset with commitment to delivering practical, scalable solutions
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors configuration best practices, system optimization, and quality assurance methodologies
