Soliant Health is hiring a full-time Travel School Occupational Therapist to serve students across schools in Eastlake, Adams County, Colorado. In this role, you'll deliver occupational therapy services to school-aged children, traveling between assigned locations while making a direct impact on student development and independence.

About This Position

As a Travel School Occupational Therapist with Soliant Health, you'll work directly with students in their school environments, addressing their occupational therapy needs within the educational setting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Eastlake and Adams County area, offering the variety and professional growth that comes with travel-based school therapy work. You'll partner with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success in academic and daily living skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct occupational therapy services addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and school performance
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school administrators to integrate therapy into the classroom and school day
• Document student progress, maintain accurate therapy records, and communicate outcomes with families and IEP teams
• Travel between assigned school locations within the Eastlake and Adams County region
• Stay current with evidence-based occupational therapy practices and school-based service delivery standards

What You Bring

• Valid Colorado occupational therapy license or current eligibility for licensure
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Knowledge of school-based occupational therapy, IEP processes, and IDEA requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to work independently and manage a travel schedule across multiple school sites
• Professional commitment to child-centered, evidence-based therapy practice
