Bungie is seeking a Creative Lead, Multimedia to oversee the creation and delivery of social media and promotional content across all our owned channels. This full-time, remote position based in the United States will place you at the center of a dynamic multimedia team, leading creative strategy and execution for one of the gaming industry's most passionate communities.

About the Role

As Creative Lead, Multimedia, you'll shape how Bungie's worlds come to life across social platforms, livestreams, and digital channels. You'll set the creative direction for gameplay captures, motion graphics, art assets, video production, and live streaming content. Working closely with Brand, Marketing, and Game Development teams, you'll translate strategic vision into compelling stories that resonate with players. You'll lead both in-house and freelance creatives while maintaining the highest standards of brand alignment and originality. This role reports to the Principal Operations Manager and requires someone who combines deep industry knowledge with exceptional leadership and an eye for what captures player imagination.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end production of multimedia assets—gameplay videos, animated GIFs, promotional composites, live-action content, and livestream broadcasts—ensuring quality delivery across platforms and deadlines
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Brand & Marketing teams to develop content strategies for major franchise moments (expansions, seasonal updates, new launches), including creative ideation, reference gathering, and pitch development
  • Lead and mentor creative team members—both employees and external partners—fostering an environment where excellence and brand vision align
  • Transform strategic marketing briefs into original, player-first content concepts that break through noise on social media and gaming platforms
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure all stakeholders (Brand, Marketing, Legal, PR, Development) are aligned and informed
  • Assess team capacity and skills, strategically building talent to sustain output while meeting business goals
  • Own project planning, scheduling, budget tracking, milestone definition, and stakeholder communication
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements that increase creative velocity

Requirements

  • 8+ years working in digital media production, with significant background in gaming or entertainment
  • Hands-on experience capturing AAA game footage, with proven ability to master proprietary capture platforms
  • Proven track record managing creative teams and developing talent
  • Strong collaborative mindset with demonstrated flexibility when priorities shift in a fast-moving industry
  • Portfolio or case studies showcasing innovative digital storytelling, content campaigns, or emerging formats
  • Deep understanding of gamer motivations, fan communities, and platform dynamics across TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and similar ecosystems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating ideas to both creative and operations stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain quality and momentum under tight deadlines without burning out
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Miro, and project management tools like Asana or Jira
