Senior Director, Strategic Pricing

Bluestreamfiber is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Pricing to lead our financial strategy and deal evaluation processes from a remote location. This full-time role serves as a key member of our finance leadership team, directly shaping how we assess and price every business opportunity.

Position Summary

As Senior Director of Strategic Pricing at Bluestreamfiber, you'll take ownership of the financial underwriting framework that guides all new customer acquisitions and existing customer retention strategies. Working alongside our finance leadership, you'll ensure every deal aligns with our investment returns while maintaining the rigor and accuracy our stakeholders demand. This role offers exceptional visibility within our organization and direct partnership with our private equity sponsors.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve the deal underwriting model that evaluates all new sales and customer retention opportunities
• Partner directly with the sales organization daily to ensure proposed pricing meets our financial return targets and company strategy
• Collaborate with operational leaders to validate model assumptions and build confidence in financial projections
• Review contract terms and customer agreements to confirm pricing accuracy and alignment with underwriting standards
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership on deal profitability, market conditions, and pricing strategy

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in financial modeling, deal analysis, or pricing strategy, ideally in a telecom or infrastructure context
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional teams including sales and operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial analysis tools, and building scalable analytical frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with private equity involvement
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into actionable business recommendations
