Responsibilities
- Unload and process furniture shipments, ensuring accuracy and careful handling of inventory
- Organize and maintain warehouse space for optimal efficiency and safety
- Coordinate and stage orders for outgoing home delivery routes
- Lead, mentor, and coach warehouse team members to support their growth and accountability
- Foster a workplace culture of respect, fairness, and mutual support
Requirements
- Demonstrated warehouse, logistics, or operations experience with proven leadership capability
- Strong ability to motivate and develop team members in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling and organizing heavy furniture inventory
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous operational improvement
- Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
