About the Role

What You'll Do

• Own the full-stack development lifecycle, building robust backend systems and frontend applications using modern technologies
• Design and develop high-performance APIs and services that reliably serve international audiences
• Architect and maintain internal tools and systems that improve operational efficiency
• Make architectural decisions and set technical direction, from system design through implementation and deployment
• Mentor and support other engineers on the team, sharing technical knowledge and fostering excellence
• Identify opportunities for technical improvement and lead initiatives that enhance system performance and reliability

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer, with proven expertise across backend and frontend technologies
• Track record designing and delivering scalable, production-grade systems and APIs
• Strong knowledge of modern development practices and technologies across the full stack
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities, comfortable sharing knowledge with junior developers
• Ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating effectively within a dynamic engineering environment
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous technical improvement
