What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and seat them at tables, managing the flow of guests throughout service
• Take food and drinks orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar teams
• Serve courses and beverages with attention to detail and hospitality standards
• Operate the till system and handle payments professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and bar areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any service issues with courtesy
• Support stock rotation and assist with restocking items as needed
• Comply with food hygiene and health and safety requirements at all times
