Greene King is recruiting enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to join our team at our Gerrards Cross location in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service in a vibrant hospitality environment on a part-time basis.

We're looking for dedicated hospitality professionals to work as part of our bar and waiting team at Greene King's Gerrards Cross venue. You'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests, working in a fast-paced setting where your energy, professionalism, and customer focus directly contribute to the success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the bar and tables with efficiency, attentiveness, and a friendly demeanour
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and process them promptly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately
• Stock and replenish bar supplies, glassware, and equipment during shifts
• Support team colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in bar service, waiting, or hospitality roles (or strong willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during busy periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and compliance with age restrictions
• Physical fitness to manage the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods
