Porsche Asia Pacific is seeking a Service Consultant to join our Singapore service centre. In this full-time role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our world-class technical team, ensuring every vehicle receives exceptional care and every customer experience exceeds expectations.
Role Overview
As a Service Consultant at our Porsche Service Centre in Singapore, you'll manage customer relationships, coordinate service work, and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You'll advise clients on their vehicle's maintenance needs, explain technical details in accessible language, and champion the premium service experience that Porsche customers expect.
Your Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs and concerns
- Schedule appointments efficiently whilst balancing workload and customer convenience
- Assess vehicle issues and communicate recommended services to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to track service progress and manage turnaround times
- Explain warranty terms, service packages, and recommended maintenance schedules
- Process service invoices and manage customer payments and billing inquiries
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate service records and vehicle history documentation
- Support the service department in meeting quality and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in automotive or luxury service environments
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to understand technical vehicle information and explain it to non-technical customers
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities
- Proficiency with service management software and computer systems
- Professional demeanour and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Singapore work eligibility required
