As a Senior Lead Wealth Custom Credit Banker at Wells Fargo, you will sit within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), one of the nation's premier providers of financial and investment services. In this Jacksonville-based position, you will lead the design and delivery of customized credit and lending strategies that align with each client's broader wealth, planning, and retirement objectives, helping them move toward their financial goals with greater confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and structure bespoke credit solutions for affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Partner with wealth advisors, planners, and investment specialists to integrate lending into holistic financial plans.
• Provide senior-level guidance on complex custom credit needs and serve as a trusted point of expertise.
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships rooted in personalized service.
• Apply deep product knowledge to match the right financial and investment offerings to client circumstances.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in wealth management, private banking, or custom credit and lending.
