As a Youth Resource Deputy, you'll work at the intersection of law enforcement and community service, delivering professional public safety services while connecting young people with resources and mentorship. You'll serve residents of St Johns County as a constitutional law enforcement officer, upholding the law while building trust with the communities you protect.

What You'll Do

• Provide sworn law enforcement services and maintain public safety across St Johns County
• Build meaningful relationships with youth through community outreach and engagement
• Respond to calls and situations involving young people with professionalism and compassion
• Coordinate with schools, youth organizations, and community partners on public safety initiatives
• Educate young people and families about legal rights, safety, and community resources
• Deliver exceptional customer service to citizens and visitors
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records according to department standards

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Clean background and ability to pass security clearance

• Valid driver's license
