Join SRM Concrete as a Class A CDL Driver operating flatbed equipment in Rockmart, Polk County, Georgia. This full-time position combines on-road block delivery with yard operations to support our growing customer base in the region.

The Opportunity

SRM Concrete is hiring an experienced Class A CDL Driver to operate flatbed trucks with Moffett equipment, serving the material distribution and construction markets across central Georgia. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern equipment while building strong customer relationships through reliable, on-time deliveries. Your Responsibilities

• Operate Class A flatbed trucks equipped with Moffett cranes to transport concrete blocks and related products to customer job sites
• Execute thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining equipment in safe, roadworthy condition
• Coordinate delivery schedules, secure loads properly, and ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
• Support yard operations including load preparation, material staging, and inventory management during non-delivery periods
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch to optimize routing and service quality
• Maintain a clean driving record and consistently adhere to company safety policies

Skills & Qualifications

• Current, valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving history
• Demonstrated experience operating flatbed trucks and hydraulic loading equipment (Moffett or equivalent systems)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to vehicle maintenance
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members and customers
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and safety best practices
• Willingness to adapt to variable schedules based on seasonal demand
