As a Structured Cabling Laborer with Mortenson, you'll work directly alongside experienced Cabling Technicians on hyperscale data center construction and installation projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring materials, tools, and work environments are organized and ready for complex cabling systems deployment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Cabling Technicians with the installation and assembly of low voltage carrier systems throughout data center facilities
• Handle and organize materials, equipment, and supplies efficiently to support project timelines
• Prepare work areas before technicians begin installation activities
• Dismantle and relocate cabling infrastructure as directed by project specifications
• Maintain clean, organized work environments and dispose of waste materials appropriately
• Follow all safety protocols and support a culture of zero-incident operations on site

Skills & Qualifications

• Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, and material handling tasks
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn technical installation processes
