The Opportunity

This full-time RN Home Health position offers the chance to make a direct impact on patient outcomes through individualized care in the home setting. You'll work independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, building meaningful relationships with patients and families while managing your own patient caseload in the Sedalia area. Home health nursing provides the flexibility to practice nursing at its most personal level, where you develop deep connections with those you serve and see the tangible results of your care.

What You'll Do

• Assess patient health status, perform comprehensive nursing evaluations, and develop individualized care plans based on physician orders
• Administer medications, manage wounds, and perform skilled nursing procedures with precision and care
• Monitor vital signs, observe patient conditions, and communicate critical changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication adherence, and self-care techniques to promote independence
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records in full compliance with healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and social services to ensure comprehensive, integrated care delivery
• Travel between patient homes to provide scheduled visits throughout the Sedalia region

What You Bring

• Current, valid RN (Registered Nurse) licensure in Missouri
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in home health or acute care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Genuine compassion, patient advocacy, and commitment to quality care delivery
