General Manager

Crawlspace Medic seeks an experienced General Manager to lead and grow our Concord, Merrimack County operation. This full-time position offers a direct path to business ownership in the thriving crawl space and basement repair industry.

About This Position

As General Manager for Crawlspace Medic in Concord, you'll oversee all aspects of a fast-growing local market operation. This is an operator-focused role built for someone ready to build real value, drive profitable growth, and eventually own their own business. You'll manage daily operations, lead and scale a team, build customer relationships, and establish Crawlspace Medic as the trusted name for crawl space repair, basement waterproofing, and foundation solutions in your market.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Lead, hire, and develop a growing team of service technicians and support staff
• Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and service expansion
• Manage budget, pricing, and profitability targets for the Concord operation
• Build relationships with residential and commercial customers throughout Merrimack County
• Oversee marketing and sales efforts to establish market presence in the region
• Ensure all work meets Crawlspace Medic's high standards for safety and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven leadership and operational management experience, ideally in home services or skilled trades
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage P&L
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a growing business
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout the local market and occasionally visit other Crawlspace Medic locations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree or franchise leadership experience a plus
