Program Manager

Alzheimer's Association Careers is seeking a Program Manager to lead community program implementation and strategy in Phoenix, Maricopa County. In this full-time role, you will drive impact across our portfolio of awareness, education, and support initiatives that serve communities throughout the United States.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the implementation and execution of community education, awareness, and support programs across assigned regions
• Build and strengthen partnerships with community leaders, organizations, and grassroots advocates
• Develop and refine program strategies to expand reach and deepen community engagement
• Monitor program performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and team efforts to ensure successful program delivery
• Cultivate networks of individuals and leaders committed to the Association's mission
• Contribute to the growth and maturation of Alzheimer's Association community initiatives

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in program management, community engagement, or nonprofit operations
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and influence diverse groups toward shared goals
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Experience building and maintaining community partnerships and networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Passion for the Association's mission and commitment to supporting those affected by Alzheimer's disease
