The Opportunity

NIVA Health's Mobile Wound Care Division offers an ideal entry point for new graduate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants seeking to build a strong clinical foundation. This full-time position provides hands-on experience in wound assessment, patient care, and collaborative healthcare delivery. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians and interdisciplinary teams, developing the clinical judgment and expertise that will define your early career—all within an organization committed to supporting your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and wound evaluations in mobile care settings
• Develop and implement evidence-based wound care treatment plans
• Provide patient education and care guidance to support compliance and healing
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards
• Develop clinical decision-making skills under mentorship and supervision

Qualifications

• Recent graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (or expected graduation)
• Active state licensure or certification as an NP or PA, or eligibility to obtain it
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in mobile, community-based healthcare settings
