RN – Telemetry

Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry care for our Cloverdale facility in Shelby County. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to deliver direct patient care in a dynamic acute care setting.

About the Role

As a Telemetry RN at Le Bonheur Healthcare, you'll provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and telemetry supervision. You'll work in a collaborative environment where clinical excellence and patient-centered care are paramount, supporting patients through recovery and treatment while working alongside experienced clinical teams in a supportive healthcare setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patient populations
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, evidence-based interventions, and health education
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and electronic health records
• Collaborate with physicians, cardiac specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Respond promptly to patient needs and clinical changes in condition
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments according to protocols
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout each shift

What You Bring

• Current RN license in good standing and eligible to practice in Tennessee
• Minimum of 1–2 years of professional nursing experience, with telemetry or cardiac care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and cardiac monitoring equipment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced acute care environments
• Deep commitment to patient advocacy and quality care outcomes
