As a Passive Exchange Senior Engineer, you'll own the design, development, and optimization of advanced passive thermal exchange systems that protect critical applications in demanding environments. Responsibilities

• Design and optimize passive heat exchange systems using advanced thermal analysis and simulation methodologies
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, manufacturing, and customer teams to deliver solutions on schedule and within specification
• Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and reviews that ensure quality, reliability, and compliance
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of the engineering organization
• Troubleshoot complex thermal performance issues and implement comprehensive validation strategies
• Stay current with passive cooling technologies and emerging thermal management practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or closely related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience in thermal design, heat transfer, or related engineering fields
• Hands-on expertise with thermal analysis software and computational methods
• Proficiency in CAD systems for design, analysis, and technical documentation
• Deep understanding of passive cooling technologies and heat exchange principles
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with attention to detail
• Leadership experience with junior engineering staff or technical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and cross-functional audiences
