About the Role

As the Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) at Pauline and Thomas Healthcare, Inc., you will own the full recruiting cycle for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other key positions. Your work keeps a dependable pipeline of qualified candidates ready to meet the agency's evolving client needs, while ensuring new hires are properly prepared for the responsibilities ahead. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Smyrna, Rutherford County.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage open job requisitions from intake through successful hire.
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and additional staff.
• Maintain a steady, ready-to-deploy candidate pipeline aligned with client and agency demand.
• Coordinate and deliver position-specific job training for newly hired employees.
• Partner with program leaders to anticipate staffing gaps and forecast hiring priorities.
• Keep recruitment records, documentation, and compliance details accurate and current.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, human resources coordination, or a closely related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for engaging candidates and staff.
• Comfort training employees on role-specific tasks and procedures.
• A genuine commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and the people who care for them.
