Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead – H&PS

Accenture is hiring a Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead in Irving, Dallas, to help leading organizations modernize how they manage workforce time, absence, and scheduling on the Workday platform. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within Accenture's Health & Public Service (H&PS) practice.

About the Role

As a Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead, you will join a group of advisory specialists delivering cloud-based data and reporting solutions. Your work will connect and streamline the core enterprise functions our clients depend on most — finance, analytics, planning, and human resources — with a sharp focus on Workday's Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Scheduling modules for client organizations.
• Partner with advisory teams to optimize integrated finance, analytics, planning, and HR operations on the Workday cloud.
• Translate client business requirements into scalable, well-architected Workday solutions.
• Guide clients and project teams through implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization activities.
• Apply Workday best practices to drive efficient, accurate, and reliable workforce data and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Workday certification in Time Tracking, Absence, and/or Scheduling.
• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Workday workforce management modules.
• Strong understanding of HR, finance, analytics, and planning processes in a cloud environment.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and collaborate within a professional advisory team.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Irving, Dallas area.
