Role Overview

We're seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our presence throughout Croatia. You'll identify and nurture potential clients, develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to regional opportunities, and play a central role in building long-term partnerships with key accounts. This remote position allows you to work autonomously while contributing to Delivery Hero's continued expansion in the Croatian market.

Core Duties

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across Croatia, using both inbound and outbound approaches
• Conduct product demonstrations and present customized solutions aligned with client needs
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on profitability and sustainable relationships
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities within our systems
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, and customer success to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives

What You Bring

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within food delivery, logistics, or SaaS environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying accountable to targets
• Experience using CRM platforms and proficiency with sales tools and reporting
• Familiarity with the Croatia market and established network within the regional business community is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and resilience in a competitive, fast-paced setting
