Delivery Hero is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead sales initiatives and merchant partnerships in our Managua operation. In this full-time remote role, you'll be instrumental in acquiring new restaurant clients and nurturing long-term relationships that contribute to our platform's expansion. Your Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new restaurant merchants and food service partners to the Delivery Hero platform
• Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive retention and growth
• Develop and present tailored solutions that address merchant needs and increase their visibility and sales through our platform
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue quotas while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer success, and marketing to ensure successful merchant launches and ongoing support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for market penetration

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in food delivery, restaurant technology, or hospitality sectors
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to negotiate and close deals confidently
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple accounts, pipelines, and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection and maintain momentum
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools; experience with data analysis is advantageous
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment while meeting strict performance metrics
